In recent years,along with the rapid development of economy,politics and culture in Inner Mongolia autonomous region,recruitment activities is increasingly frequent.Combined with expansion of urbanization,a large number of surplus labor in agricultural and pastoral areas need to transfer to the first and second tier cities and even abroad,and autonomous region human resources public service work is under the pressure of surplus labor transfer.In this case,the Inner Mongolia human resources public service center has researched and developed the Inner Mongolia labor service network,a large-scale comprehensive job introduction website covering college graduates,well-paid talents,agricultural and pastoral migrant workers in the whole region.During the operation of the website,it was found that agricultural and animal husbandry migrant workers had become the main registered users of the labor network,and the feedback website had some problems,such as the lack of functional service focus,unreasonable operation process,flawed database design,website optimization insufficiency and so on.Based on present situation and problems of the site,this paper analysed services network from two aspects of site location and the service function set.The system top-level structure,framework,user operation process and background database of the system were also redesigned according to the actual situation,and the system was tested with good result.The improved Inner Mongolia labor service network has the advantages of clear positioning,concise and beautiful layout,reasonable functional layout,efficient and accurate full-text search,simple operation,smooth system operation and high efficiency of database execution.
