In recent years, with the continuous economic and social development, agricultural informatization has got initial effect. Government at all levels and agriculture-related agencies construct tens of various kinds of Agriculture and animal husbandry informatization systems. Although this is the prelude to mass of data caused by these complex systems, especially data related to geographical attributes. Traditional data management system is obvious scarcity of management and technology.GIS is developing rapidly in these years, and GIS technology applied to agriculture resource information management,corn yield estimation and precision agriculture have provided effective technical support in agricultural modernization and sustainable development.Since"the Tenth Five-Year Plan"carried out by the Bureau of Science and Technology of Inner Mongolia, various kinds of science and technology projects achievement greatly promote Agriculture and animal husbandry areas development level."Inner Mongolia 96048 Agriculture and animal husbandry Science and Technology Service System"and"Inner Mongolia Spark 12396 Information Service System"are classified as autonomous regions, the first pilot countries, which promote our region's Agriculture and animal husbandry informatization. The science and technology service informatization platform of Inner Mongolia Agriculture and animal husbandry described in this article is based on above two projects. This platform is developed by ArcGIS Server 9.2+Visual Studio 2005, integrates various applications systems through Wed Services. The platform has the following five functions: basic geography information support, voice services, agricultural information resources management, GIS expert dispatching, e-commerce services. With these functions, the platform manages plenty of data successfully and serves for"agriculture, farmers, and rural areas"better.Thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter"Overview" introduce development trend of domestic and international agriculture and rural informatization and significance of this study. The second chapter"Science and Technology Service Informatization Platform of Agriculture and animal husbandry"mainly focus on the matter of technology. The third chapter"General Design of Science and Technology Service informatization of Agriculture and animal husbandry"make a general layout of"Science and Technology Service informatization of Agriculture and animal husbandry", bring forth key technology to platform via microeconomics. The fourth chapter"the Development of Inner Mongolia 12396 Information Service Platform". The fifth chapter"Application Service Model Study"mainly introduce the application of"12396 platform"compared with other platforms of"value construction, despise application".Thesis features are as follows: 1. to raise platform technical system. The technical system is put forward from theoretical and practical points. With my experience in the field of agricultural informatization,I apply advanced techniques such as the Internet of Things, Cloud Computing, 3G applications to agricultural informatization, so as to ensure the advance of platform general layout. 2. to achieve platform general layout and key techniques. Based on accrual demands and long-term target, I put forward specific solution and general layout. 3. t finish intergration and innovation with IVR voice services platform and GIS expert control system. In this thesis, I raise and realize"110"Science and Technology Voice Service platform and expert control system based on GIS. 4. To do research in demonstration of applications. For current academic research and various types of platforms are"despise demonstration, despise application", I focus on the platform application demonstration. During the process of demonstration, I mainly do research on popularizing model of application.To sum up, 12396 service is of benefit to 3,113,000 householders and 17,173,500 peasants and herdsmen. 96048 and 12396 service hotlines available for peasants and herdsmen reach 84,000 times per year, including expert services 27,000 times, expert home services 11,000 times, automatic ?voice inquiry 46,000 times. The wed serves for 200,000 people per year, and get a major economic and social benefit. |
