Electronic theodolite is a commonly used instrument in precision measurement.Studying singletrack absolute coding technology is of great significance for improving the measurement accuracy of electronic theodolite.In the process of research on absolute coding technology,mathematical modeling of photoelectric code-measuring system can be greatly Improve research efficiency.This paper mainly proposes the mathematical modeling of photoelectric encoder angle measurement system,and analyzes and optimizes the model's error.Finally,it uses the decoding algorithm to verify the model.Firstly,the main components of the angle measurement system of electronic theodolites and the principle of angle measurement are briefly introduced.Analyze the main components of the photoelectric encoder angle measurement system and prepare the theoretical basis for model building.Second,mathematical modeling of the light,code wheel,and linear CCD,respectively.In the process of modeling the photoelectric angle measurement system,the characteristics of the light in the natural environment are analyzed,and a suitable mathematical equation is searched to simulate the light source.Taking into account the actual influencing factors such as the light intensity and uniformity of the light source,the function parameters and the light intensity are determined.The factors affecting the eccentricity and other errors of the photoelectric encoder are analyzed and studied,and applied to the model to reduce the actual impact of manufacturing errors.The analog linear array CCD captures the signal distortion of the arc arranging profile information and performs arcing processing on it.Through simulation experiments to verify whether the model has achieved each function.Finally,the feasibility of the model is verified.The optoelectronic encoder is divided into 23 equal parts,and the actual angle values are input into the mathematical model respectively.The CCD acquires the images.The acquired intersection point method is used to analyze and process the acquired images,and the error between the actual value and the measured value is obtained and the analysis error is obtained.Size,comparative analysis of experimental data,experimental results show that the model can be used in the actual algorithm research. |
