The compliance risk is more dangrous than these three basic risks nowaday and it should be paid more attention.Compliance risk a serious nature,it leads to more loss.Compliance risk management has become the bank's internal control mechanism to build the foundation and core.Banks must have dynamic management system of compliance information.Compliance risks should be collected continuously,meanwhile it should be discrimated,analyzed,compared,classified and combined to identify and prevent effectively.After the analysis of the system's development background and the understanding to the development situation of similar system of the commercial bank,we base on the problem of the Etuokeqianqi Inner Mongolia Compliance inspection to design and implement this system.In the requirements stage,we made overview of the management system,and used use-case diagram to analysis the functional requirment for each function performed.In the system design phase,the system used cross-platform java programming language,witn the J2EE framework and combined the three-tier development model MVC,and tested the system.This system achieved five module,include system management,litigation management,contract consulting,rectify management,problem record management and statistics management.Build the Compliance inspection system is beneficial to Etuokeqianqi Inner Mongolia that prevention and control of internal risks,increase work efficiency,educe operating costs.Based on the process of Compliance inspection,we finished this system.It help us effectively improve the internal management tools and Coordination of departments and departments,departments and personnel,personnel and staff coordination between the office.
