Smart home is one of the fastest growing applications for the Internet of Things.In March 2016,when Premier Li Keqiang did the government work report,he explicitly proposed to expand the smart home industry.In July 2017,the State Council officially released a new generation of artificial intelligence development plans.With the support of policies,the smart home appliances including air conditioner are rapidly developing.The rapid development of intelligent household appliances and the popularization and application of mobile communication technologies have made users have higher requirements for home appliance after-sales services.The traditional after-sales service models such as webpage report and repair,400 manual customer service calls,on-site service and other modes have been unable meet the needs of fast and accurate after-sales service in the era of mobile internet.This article studies and implements a speech-based air conditioning intelligent after-sales service system.The system includes an air conditioner,a server,and a mobile.At the air-conditioning equipment side,the main research is data collection,air-conditioning protocol coding,air-conditioning and server-side communication.At the equipment side,private air-conditioning coding protocols are developed and MQTT communication protocols are used to implement related research technologies.At the service side,air-conditioning big data access and storage are mainly studied.,collection and storage of corpus,knowledge base management,semantic understanding,etc.,and based on these data,provide after-sales services,build big data Hadoop framework at the server end,realize big data access and storage computing,build a knowledge base through ElasticSearch The system achieves semantic understanding through modules such as sentence feature extraction,intention classification,and parameter extraction.The mobile terminal mainly studies APP pages,voice-to-text,and speech synthesis technologies,and presents and interacts with users in the APP.Air-conditioning intelligent after-sales service system can provide two dimensions of intelligent after-sales service: robot automatic after-sale and expert online services,system to solve the after-sales problem of intelligent air-conditioning,improve after-sales service efficiency and customer satisfaction.After the sale of the robot,it receives the user's real-time voice after-sales problem in the mobile terminal,transmits the information to the cloud platform,semantic analysis and understanding of the user's after-sales problem through the semantic understanding technology and the after-sale knowledge base,and determines the result and answer of the after-sales service problem.The result is returned to the mobile terminal and output to the user via speech synthesis technology.Robots automatically integrate after-sales services such as speech recognition,speech synthesis,semantic understanding,data analysis,and after-sales knowledge base to provide users with fully automated after-sales services,completely free of labor and zero delay.Expert Online Service Through online customer service,users can conduct point-to-point interactive communication directly between the user client and the expert client according to their service requirements.At the same time,the expert client can also connect to the smart air conditioner in the user's home in real time.Online status data acquisition,And through the cloud fault diagnosis model for online fault diagnosis,assist in the analysis of real-time air conditioning status,quickly solve product problems,improve the efficiency of on-site service.Finally,the function and performance of the module of the system were tested,and the system was released and used by the air-conditioning smart APP for users.The system was updated and iterated through user feedback to further optimize the system's service capabilities.In summary,the air-conditioning intelligent after-sales system researched and developed in this paper can achieve real-time response to on-sales issues of air-conditioning products and on-line detection through a variety of service modes such as robot auto post-sales,expert online,etc.Various problems in the process have improved the after-sales service efficiency and satisfaction.
