WeChat is now a particularly popular chat software.On January 21,2011,WeChat launched 1.0 beta version,which supported to import the existing contact information through the QQ number,and you can achieve simple features such as instant messaging,sharing photos,replacing the avatar and so on.On May 10,2011 WeChat launched version 2.0 which added voice intercom function.On August 17,2012 WeChat officially launched the micro-public platform,and on November 29,2012 and February 6,2013 respectively made a major change that increased the graphic message editing function,and could implement detection of sensitive words and security detection,as well as added advanced features options.The user can choose edit mode and development mode and open the real name authentication.In face of a large number of non-time of the on-line users,the traditional artificial customer service has become difficult to meet the needs of the market;As the competition of enterprise hardware product is comparable,consumers are more concerned about service attitude,experienced emotion and culture,so in future mature smart customer service products will gradually evolve into a certain corporate philosophy and culture of intelligent customer service.Whether it is based on the business platform of intelligent customer service,or other forms of enterprise intelligent customer service,both will be a way to enhance the user experience.This paper talked about WeChat platform for enterprise intelligent customer service.Query database of part design used nearest neighbor query algorithm TPR-tree,to achieve the query information search.When the user use intelligent customer service,they use the algorithm of intelligent queuing to wait time to calculate,to avoid waiting for a timeout.Currently customer service based on the enterprise has been in the trial operation phase.
