With the rapid development of Internet economy in recent years,industries in various fields have begun to use the Internet to communicate with users.With the continuous increase of labor cost and the increasing demand of users for real-time interaction,traditional human customer service has been unable to meet these demands in order to provide users with timely answering service and improve user satisfaction.In the face of a large number of users,it is inevitable that there will be a lot of repeated questions,the noble human resources cost into which will cause a huge cost.In this context,it is particularly urgent to develop a real-time intelligent customer service that can communicate with users autonomously.This paper aims to study the related technologies of intelligent customer service,design a more effective text similarity calculation method,and based on this design securities intelligent customer service system,to assist users in daily business consultation,to provide 24 hours uninterrupted.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background and significance of securities question answering system,analyzes the research status of natural language processing and question answering system at home and abroad,and expounds the content of this paper.Secondly,the paper summarizes the techniques used in the securities customer service system,analyzes the shortcomings of one-hot coding,Word2vec and other word set/bag models in text vector generation,and briefly introduces the principle and advantages of Bert model.On the key technology research on the customer service system,the first study of the current algorithms of text similarity,and sums up the advantages and disadvantages of various algorithms,through study design is proposed in this paper,based on the LDA(Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency)and TF-IDF(Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency)hybrid computing text similarity algorithm,and through laboratory prove that the improved the accuracy of text similarity calculation.On this basis,this paper constructs a security intelligent customer service system with this model as the core technology.
