In recent years,since surface plasmon polaritons can be applied to the diffraction limit of breakthrough light to realize sub-wavelength optics,significant progress has been made in research,which has attracted close attention from researchers at home and abroad.From the application frequency band,spoof surface plasmon polaritons(SSPPs)have broad application prospects in far infrared,terahertz(THz)and microwave segments.In terms of application fields,spoof surface plasmon polaritons have been applied in the fields of nano-optoelectronic integration and optical imaging.In this thesis,the structure and properties of spoof surface plasmon polaritons are analyzed and studied.Using these characteristics,various optical and electronic devices based on spoof surface plasmon polaritons have been developed.Several kinds of leaky wave antennas and filters based on spoof surface plasmon polaritons wide-angle frequency scanning are designed.The main research contents and innovation points of this thesis are briefly summarized as follows:1)The transmission line of spoof surface plasmon polaritons is studied,and the dispersion performance of spoof surface plasmon polaritons transmission line is analyzed.On this basis,a leaky wave antenna is designed by loading the circular patch of periodic structure.Scanning,continuous forward and backward scanning of the beam is achieved,the beam scanning angle is up to 90 degrees,and the measured gain is 12.5dBi.The physical measurement and simulation results are basically consistent.2)A filter is designed,which is a coplanar waveguide high-pass filter cascaded spoof surface plasmon polaritons transmission line.The low-pass characteristic utilizes the characteristics of spoof surface plasmon polaritons transmission line at high frequency and high cutoff,high-pass characteristics.By applying an open-circuit resonant ring,a band-pass filter is skillfully formed.The filter has a passband range of 5-9 GHz,an outband rejection of-20 dB for the lower sideband,and an outband rejection of-50 dB for the upper sideband.The physical processing is performed and verified,and the simulation and physical measurement results are basically the same.3)A filter of SSPPs slot line structure is designed,which adopts the high-pass characteristic of the slot line to etch a symmetric elliptical slot on the slot line to form a SSPPs transmission line based on magnetic current,The feeding part adopts the balun structure,the passband range is 1GHz-4.5GHz,the insertion loss is within 1.5dB,the suppression is-30 dB at 5GHz outside the upper band,and the outband suppression is 0.5GHz at the lower sideband.20 dB,the physical and simulation structures are basically the same.
