With the increase of cabin communication application scenarios, the complexity of communication environment is also increasing. The deployment of wireless sensor networks in the cabin has gradually become the focus of research. The cabin is characterized by space confinement, metal equipment and multipath interference.Bluetooth,802.11,infrared and ZigBee technologies have limited performance in such environment, while ultra-wideband communication technology has low power consumption and high communication rate, which have attracted much attention. Moreover, the IEEE802.15.4 standard is aimed at low-power,close-range and low-cost applications. Therefore, this paper studies the implementation and communication of wireless LAN based on IEEE802.15.4 in the cabin environment. In terms of node hardware design,in addition to selecting DW1000 as UWB transceiver, the paper considers the difference in functional requirements of different devices in the network: the processor of the main coordinator has higher main frequency and more memory space, and has the interface of implementing gateway, while the router and the end device are independently powered by the battery, and they have the characteristics of low power consumption with data acquisition circuit. It has been verified that the node hardware system can normally collect data and implement wireless communication. The underlying software of the stack provides interfaces such as memory management and device driver, which improves the independence and portability of the stack software. The core of the stack refers to the OSI layered model,in which the functions of the physical layer are completed by hardware devices; The MAC layer complies with the IEEE802.15.4 standard for device scanning, device association, and GTS management. The network layer constructs a tree network and designs functions such as routing decisions, data routing, node keep-alive,and topology aggregation. The transport layer implements the transmission of data stream. Finally,it is verified that the system can achieve network formation and maintenance, and has excellent data transmission performance.
