Si/Al alloy is one of the main electronic packaging materials for power microwave devices,power laser devices and power integrated circuit module packages.Spray forming is the most ideal process for preparing Si/Al alloy materials.Process stability is an important guarantee for injection molding production.In this paper,the key process parameters of jet forming-leakage liquid level are taken as the object,and the technology of Si/Al alloy spray forming melt transfer and drain liquid level control is deeply studied,which has certain theoretical significance for realizing industrial production of Si/Al alloy.And higher application value.On the basis of the research and application status of spray-formed Si/Al alloy and the comprehensive analysis of the application status of liquid level control technology,the paper studies the problem of the leaking liquid level in the spray deposition process according to the preparation process.The method of melt transfer and leaky liquid level control is proposed.A high temperature melt level detection system combining laser range finder and buoy device was designed.The plug rod nozzle structure was used as the bottom injection furnace water outlet method,and the servo drive based stopper rod control actuator was designed.The paper optimized the shape of the plug/nozzle.Aiming at the four plug/nozzle structure schemes,the mathematical model of opening area and plug height was established.The influence of shape parameters on the opening area was studied by Matlab,and the optimized plug/nozzle structure and shape parameters were obtained.At the same time,the effect of the deformation of the plunger actuator on the servo control is studied and the corresponding solution is given.The paper models and simulates the leaky liquid level PID control system.The genetic algorithm is used to set and optimize the PID control parameters,and the PID control performance is compared and analyzed.The feasibility and superiority of genetic algorithm PID control strategy are verified.On the basis of system design,the hardware structure of the leaky liquid level control system was built,and the PLC control program,the upper computer configuration monitoring program,the touch screen configuration monitoring program peak software application program were completed,and the control system was realized.Function and application to the injection molding line.The system was tested by spray forming production experiment.The experimental results show that the system works stably and reliably and meets the design requirements of the system.
