| In recent years, the mode of joint distribution of paper-based text and electronic resources has rapidly developed in the publishing industry, and the electronization of books has become the new normal.Electronic resources of books including video, audio, pictures and texts, are related to each other by the books' chapters. At present, the publishing industry is mainly faced with the following two issues in the process of books electronization.First, the storage of books' electronic resources is scattered and the organization structure of books' electronic resources lacks processing. The correlation between various types of electronic resources is not obvious, which is not conducive to the content management of mass electronic resources.Second, the electronic resources of books need to be co-edited by many people, the interaction among collaborators is frequent and many intermediate versions in the editing process are created,so the versioning of electronic resources is very difficult. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward a framework of collaborative editing and management platform for book electronization, constructs the electronic resource model of books, organizes and manages the electronic resources of books through the concept tree, and designs the cloud storage scheme aiming at mass book electronic resources.According to the multi-version management model, the multi-version management problem generated in the collaborative editing process is solved by combining the version control algorithm. The main research work of this paper is as follows:First,a framework of collaborative editing and management platform for book electronization is proposed. This paper analyzes the problems appearing in the process of book electronization, summarizes the problems into the storage management of massive related unstructured data and the version management of digital content with multi-role,and a platform framework is proposed to solve the above problems.Secondly,a storage management scheme for massive related unstructured data is proposed.Aiming at the storage problem of massive related unstructured data in the course of book electronization,a model of electronic resources for books is constructed. The concept tree structure is proposed to organize the electronic resources of books with related relationship, and based on the concept tree to realize the storage management of electronic resources.Thirdly,a multi-role collaborative digital content version management mechanism is proposed.A common operation set for collaborative editing of book electronic resources is proposed.Based on the set of operations,a multi-version management model is designed to describe the evolution process of electronic resources.According to the multi-version model,a version control algorithm supporting multi-role collaboration is implemented, and the management of multi-version in the process of collaborative editing is completed.Fourthly, this paper designs and implements the collaborative editing and management platform for book electronization.Based on the proposed platform framework and research methods,a collaborative editing and management platform for electronic resources of a publishing house is designed and implemented, and the main functions of the platform are demonstrated through concrete video collaborative examples. The practicability of the proposed method and proposed framework is verified. The concept tree and multi-version management model proposed in this paper can effectively solve the problems of storage management and multi-version management in the process of book electronization. The preliminary use of the platform verifies the framework and method proposed in this paper, which shows great applicability in the collaborative editing and management of book electronic resources. |
