With the advent of the information age,the competition between enterprises has become more and more fierce,which is manifested in the competition between enterprise informationization.Therefore,information management is very important for enterprise development.Especially for manufacturing enterprises,the management of enterprise supply quality through information management system can greatly improve the efficiency of enterprises and reduce costs.For manufacturing companies,supply quality management is the basis for improving product quality.Strict quality control of purchased materials,through the receipt of materials,acceptance,and processing of non-conforming materials,layer-by-layer monitoring of the quality of purchased materials is of great significance to the protection of enterprise product quality.The quality of the supplier determines the quality of the purchased material.Therefore,managing the supplier is the core of the entire supply quality management system.The research content of this paper is based on the related business of supply quality management of a small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise,and designs and implements a supply quality management system that meets the business needs of the enterprise.Choosing Opentaps as the overall framework of the supply quality management system,using the modular features of the Opentaps framework,each module is independent and disassemblable,greatly enhancing the scalability of the system and solving the business logic.When changing,the system is difficult to modify and maintain.At the same time,the idea of domain-driven design is introduced,modeling according to the business needs of the enterprise,layered processing,and the complex business logic layer is divided into application layer,domain layer and infrastructure layer,and the business object is transformed into domain object,code.High reusability,greatly improving the maintainability of the system.The key to supplier management is the evaluation and selection of suppliers.The establishment of the supplier's evaluation criteria is closely related to the criteria for selecting suppliers.The paper fully studies the criteria for selecting the supplier for the manufacturing enterprise and establishes a supplier evaluation system that meets its business needs.The supplier selection method,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),which combines qualitative and quantitative methods,selects suppliers and implements a supplier evaluation model,which provides a scientific tool for the company's choice of suppliers.
