Academic social network is a social platform for scientific research workers.Based on this platform,users can exchange knowledge,share academic information and resources,so as to broaden their research horizon and enhance their research ability.This thesis analyzes various factors that affect users' behavior of academic social network,so as to provide basis for optimizing the service of academic social network,thus promoting the dissemination of knowledge and improving the efficiency of academic communication.The work content of this thesis is as follows:First,analysis of behavioral characteristics of academic social network users.Firstly,user characteristic information of typical academic social network platform is collected to analyze user structure from the perspectives of gender,age structure,user identity and discipline.Then,it defines the evaluation elements of academic social network users' use behavior,and summarizes the problems of users in knowledge exchange and sharing and use continuity through data analysis.Second,research on the influencing factors of academic social network users' use behavior.Based on the typical domestic academic social network as the research background,and combined with the basic theory,the dimensions of influencing factors of user behavior are defined,including: trust,usefulness,reciprocity principle,immersion,sense of honor,platform experience and other six aspects.Based on the above dimensions,questionnaire and statistical analysis sample data are designed to obtain the influencing factor model of user behavior.Third,optimization strategies and Suggestions for academic social network services.According to the influencing factors of academic social network users' usage behavior,the service optimization model of "recommendation mode" is proposed.This model can automatically match friends according to user characteristic information,and recommend relevant academic information and research trends,so as to promote user communication and sharing,enhance user activity and stickiness.This thesis studies the innovation lies in: according to the factors that influence the academic social network users behavior of service optimization model of the "recommended" mode is put forward,based on this model,can change the user access to academic social network to make friends and reading way,by the past passivereception,into system matching,saves the time of the user,to enhance the trust between users and improve the platform using experience,finally can achieve the goal of sustainable use of social network.
