With the continuous improvement of the requirements for power communication capabilities,an integrated communication technology support system should be established.The data acquisition platform is the most important data source for analyzing the power communication network system because it can easily access the massive raw data of intelligent communication devices.Meanwhile,the data acquisition platform is also the significant basis of the improvement of the regulation capability of large-scale communication networks,configuration and capability of a wide range of communication resources,as well as the full-service management capability of the entire network.Hence,this thesis focus on the design and implementation of the data acquisition platform,the major works can be summed up as follows:1)The deep research of the existing condition of the communication networks is conducted,the WEBSERVICE,CORBA,FTP,RESTFUL and database protocol are detailed analyzed based on several aspects,such as the data real-time ability,data integrity,data security and system extensibility.Among them,the better data real-time ability can be obtained by using the WEBSERVICE and RESTFUL protocol,and the data integrity can be guaranteed by the validation of all five protocols,also the data security can be satisfied by the implementation of WEBSERVICE and CORBA,moreover,the better system extensibility of the CORBA,WEBSERVICE and RESTFUL protocol can be guaranteed.2)The function requirement and operation flow of the data acquisition platform for power communication networks is studied.Firstly,the frame function of data acquisition,which includes the acquisition function of basic data and alarm data as well as the performance data,is studied.Moreover,the acquisition control flow of alarm data,configuration data and performance data are analyzed.The above work lays the foundation of the design and implementation of the data acquisition platform.3)The detailed design and implement of the data acquisition platform is studied.The total framework,physical framework,logistic framework and platform structure are designed.Then,the TMF814 standard instruction set based on the reflection of different network management is built,and it decreases the influence of different network management protocols on the upper collection module,hence,the interface adapter function of the platform is implemented.Moreover,according to the data acquisition logic of alarm,configuration and performance,the standardization of output and exception management can be implemented by the load function and dispatch function of protocol conversion package.Hence,the frame function of data acquisition is designed and implemented.4)The experimental results demonstrate that the data acquisition platform of the power communication management system proposed in this thesis can run correctly,also the data acquisition and configuration of the power communication equipment can be implemented by the developed platform with good scalability and portability.In addition,the platform has been applied to the national grid communication management system,which improves the reliability and effectiveness of the overall system to some extent.
