In recent years,mobile virtual network operators have developed rapidly.However,the development of mobile virtual network operators is not very optimistic.The increasing demand for wireless communication results in higher demand for data transmission rate of these wireless communication technology support,which leads to the extreme lack of spectrum resources of wireless communication,thus restricting the further development of virtual network operators.As of June 2018,a total of 1017 mobile virtual network operators have start business operations in 75 countries and regions,but 210 mobile virtual network operators have merged or discontinued business operations.Currently,the mobile virtual network operators is in dilemma.The emergence of cognitive mobile virtual network operators has brought a turning point to the development of mobile virtual network operators.Cognitive mobile virtual network operators can not only obtain spectrum resources by traditional leasing methods,but also sense spectrum vacancies in authentication bands through spectrum sensing technology in cognitive wireless networks.In this paper,the design of dynamic spectrum leasing and service selection mechanism is studied in depth.The main research work is as follows:(1)Aiming at the uncertainties of users spectrum demand in cognitive mobile virtual operator system,this paper uses robust optimization method to analyze,and further explores the dynamic spectrum rental strategy of virtual operator.Firstly,a maneuverable distributed uncertainty model is proposed to capture the uncertainties of users spectrum requirements.Then,the constraints with random variables are transformed into general linear solvable forms by chance constrained approximation and robust optimization methods.Finally,this part is simulated and analyzed with the experimental data.(2)Considering the dynamic factors such as mobile virtual operators dynamic pricing and users purchase preferences,this paper uses evolutionary game to model and analyze the dynamic service selection of secondary users,and estimates the spectrum rental demand of each virtual operator combined with the method in(1)to obtain the optimal rental decision.
