In recent years,enterprises have put forward higher requirements for equipment information management due to the development of Industry 4.0 and the introduction of more intelligent devices.However,the traditional device information management system has the following problems: lack of real-time status monitoring of device status,high complexity of organization and management of device information,low degree of information sharing,abnormal equipment,and low level of maintenance intelligence.In view of the above problems,this thesis introduces semantic Web technology into the field of industrial equipment information management.And the following contents are realized: real-time monitoring of industrial equipment status based on OPC UA,semantic description of equipment information based on RDF graph model,effective organization and management of equipment information based on ontology,and abnormal alarm and maintenance strategy offer of equipment based on rule inference.The main research work includes:1.In view of the problem that the device status monitoring is lack of real-time performance,this thesis proposes a real-time monitoring method of equipment status based on OPC UA technology.Using OPC UA integrated system,taking advantage of OPC UA in equipment integration and unified access,it provides real-time monitoring of equipment status for industrial equipment information management system,and provides data support for equipment fault diagnosis,maintenance and semantic processing.2.In view of the problem that high complexity of device information organization and management,and low degree of information sharing,this thesis proposes a device information management method based on ontology technolog,uses the ontology description language and editing tools to construct the device accounting information ontology,device operator information ontology,equipment maintenance record ontology and policy knowledge ontology to unify and standardize the related information of the device.So that the static information of different devices and the dynamic information of production operations are effectively integrated,and the device information has computer-understandable semantics.3.In view of the problem that equipment anomalies and maintenance are not intelligent enough,this thesis proposes a mechanism for equipment anomaly and maintenance strategy based on rule reasoning.The equipment failure abnormality and maintenance decision strategy are transformed into the inference rules described by RDF Prolog and Lisp language.With the AGJena inference engine provided by the AllegroGraph semantic graph database,rule reasoning is carried out to realize abnormal alarms and maintenance reminders during the operation of the equipment.And on this basis,corresponding equipment anomalies and maintenance strategies are automatically provided.4.In view of the problem that the keyword-based grammar information retrieval in traditional information management system,this thesis proposes a semantic information query mechanism based on AllegroGraph.The test results show that the semantic information query mechanism has a significant improvement in recall and precision compared to keyword-based syntax information query.5.Combine with B/S mode and existing hardware and software resources,this thesis builds a semantic-based industrial equipment information management test system.Based on the test system,the functions of each module in the system are tested and verified.The test results show that the functions of each module of the system are effective,and also verify the effectiveness of the relevant technology applications.
