With the high development of Internet,Internet make it so easy to trade the financial assets.As the new field,Internet Finance always keep innovating.In order to promote economic steady development,slove the problem of the financing difficulties of the small and medium-sized enterprises,the new national leadership encourage and support the innovation of the financial enterprises.Under the dual positive market and policy environment,the financial company urgent need to securitizate the assets for the big market to earn more,and also need to develop their own assets trading system to cut the cost.But in the face of the big change of the market as the time on and fast update of financial products,We also need to focus on the system scalability.The main research objective of this paper is developing the securitization assets trading platform which is based on the analysis model.With the steps of requriments gathering,analysis and designing,we can establish the analysis model and design model.On the basis of fully modeling,it's easy for us to code the securitization assets trading platform.After code implementation,we give test verification.And the last,we analyze the economic benefits of the developed securitization assets trading platform that brings to the financial company.This thesis mainly embodied in the research work:(1)The business requirements of the securilization assets trading platform by the method using Use Case.Through analyzing the financial and financial market,we collect customers demand and abstract the business requirements of the securitization assets trading platform,and then we can give the fuctional requirements of the system,and study the overall architecture of the platform.In order to analysis the demand of the securitized assets transaction platform,this paper validates the requirements that get from domain experts and customers.And then this paper gives the original requirements of securitization assets trading platforms.(2)The business model of the securilization assets trading platform.In order to solve the problem of rapid development of asset securitization transaction platform,we research the organization model,functional model,data model,process model,etc.,which effectively draw control class,boundary class,entity class of the securitization assets trading platform.The analysis model is also the basis of the design model of the securitization trading platform,which is the design,development and system realization of the securities trading platform.This paper also illustrates the scalability and maintainability of the model driven development methodology for the securitization trading platform.(3)Design for the securitized assets trading platform in detail by using the design model.With the established business model for the securitization assets trading platform,we could design the logical layered architecture of the securities trading platform,which is divided into application layer,business logic layer,entity layer,data layer.We give the datebase design,and the interface model for the financial products management module,the financial products subscription module,interest module and the settlement module,which guide the coding of the securitization trading platform.(4)The system implementation and verification of the securitization assets trading platform.We give the code realization and system deployment for the securitization assets trading platform,and formulate the test plan,test strategy and execute the test case for the securitization assets trading platform to verify the usability of the platform.The network deployment based on Netscaler realizes the load balance of each server,and can effectively protect the security of the platform and greatly improve the performance of the system.Based on BDCA,we give the transaction monitoring model,which could be implemented to ensure the safety of funds.Finally,we analyze the actual data of the platform after the operation to illustrate the scalability of the securitization assets trading platform,as well as the application effect and potential commercial value which the platform brings.
