With the continuous development of the power and the expanding scale of power grid,using electricity becomes more convenience,but managing data turns harder.Because an increasing number of monitoring points use different data storage and transmission mechanism,and these data pass to the power center through network or other ways,which leads to some problems: First,data cannot be shared and exchanged between the monitoring instruments;Second,the transmission rate will be very low because of the huge amount of data,different data formats,varies types and sources,and the power center will face great difficulties to maintain and analyze data,that cannot meet the requirements of real-time and stability of the power system.To solve above problems,we design and develop a power quality data conversion interface software.By agreement with various monitoring equipment manufacturers,the power center calls DeviceInterface.dll file provided by the monitoring equipment manufacturers,gets the power quality basic indicators or reads PQDIF file directly.Then,it can acquire the full indicators data by calculation of the basic indicators.Later,it outputs the full power quality to the database or generates PQDIF file again if necessary.The interface software makes data processing become more concise and efficient,improves real-time monitoring and the stability of the power system.These data files will facilitate the transmission and sharing by generating PQDIF files.Finally,in order to verify the performance of the interface software,this paper takes the Anhui Zhenxing Company as an example,through calling the DLL file,which is provided by this company and complied with the interface communication protocol,to monitor the equipment whether can normal communication with the interface software.The system test indicates that the software has a reliability,availability and good performance.In a word,this paper design an accurate,normal and efficient power quality conversion software,which realizes the below basic functions: the communication between the monitoring equipment and the power center,the ability of data acquisition,data conversion and data storage and output.It makes the data processing get more simplify and the monitoring process become more standardized.
