Most companies in China choose the manual measurement method and artificial records in the product quality inspection now.This method is easy to achieve but lack of efficiency.And most of the equipment used in the product quality inspection can't inspect many parameters of a product.In order to make the product quality inspection more automate,more accurate and easier to operate,we need to use new measurement methods and apply many different kinds of accurate sensors.In order to reduce the cost of the quality management and improve the efficiency of the measurement,a measurement system is designed to solve the problem to achieve multi-parameter quality inspection.The main research and innovation in this thesis are as follows:First,the structure of the measured product and the requirements of these measured parameters are analyzed and the key problems on which needed to be focus are found,in order to make the design of the system more effective and more efficient.Based on the manual measurement methods of the product,some ideas and methods are brought out to make the measurement more accurate and more automate.And by using these ideas and methods,the mechanical structure is designed to achieve the multi-parameter measurement process.Second,in order to improve the efficiency of the measurement,the error resources of these four measurement methods are analyzed.Based on the error model of measurement system,the impacts of these error resources are calculated out including the assembly of the sensors and the measured product,deformation of parts,noise and so on.Based on the results,the methods to reduce the error and improve the precision are brought out.Third,based on the requirement of the measurement and sensors,an electrical and software system is designed to make all the sensors work well and achieve the measurement.With the help of the system,many functions can be achieved including the data acquisition,signal procession,control algorithm and so on.And the computer can exchange the data with so many sensors in a short time and satisfy the requirement of the measurement.
