With the development of factory automation technology,the factory production environment has higher requirements for automation production systems.Information exchanges between different industrial control systems are becoming more and more important.As a new data exchange specification,OPC UA enables secure data exchanges between different operating systems and different devices.Therefore,it has received extensive attention in the industrial field control.In the industrial field control,the applications of OPC UA are gradually extended to the field layer in which these applications use the popular client-server interaction mode.However,once the number of servers in the bottom layer is large,the management of the upper layer to the server may become complicated,which may cause the decrease in communication efficiency.Thus,it is essential to study the aggregation management method of multiple servers.Moreover,the software supporting OPC UA server aggregation in the market is relatively scarce,and the functions of existing software are still relatively simple.Therefore,it is necessary to develop the optimal OPC UA multi-server aggregation software.This thesis designs and implements OPC UA multi-server aggregation software,adds data cache management capability,and enables centralized management of data information on the underlying server devices.The main work of this thesis includes:1.This thesis investigates the OPC UA protocol interface specification and discusses the practical requirements for multi-server aggregation in factory applications.2.According to the characteristics of industrial network,a multi-server aggregation method which is suitable for the industrial control is proposed.This method effectively achieves aggregation of servers and improves efficiency.At the same time,the data cache management method is achieved to manage the data information of the underlying server devices.3.The multi-server aggregation software is designed.This thesis implements the OPC UA multi-server aggregation software with the core modules and the peripheral function modules.4.The test platform is established to verify the performance of multi-server aggregation software.The results show that this OPC UA multi-server aggregation software effectively aggregates the information of the underlying OPC UA servers and realizes centralized management.The research work in this thesis has a certain reference value for the practical application of OPC UA technology in industrial environment.
