Thedevelopment And Implementation Of LTE-A Carrier Aggregation Terminal Protocol Confoermance Test Case

Carrier aggregation technology is technology as one of the key technologies of LTE-A system,which also is a technology of earliest scale deployment and industrialization.LTE-A terminal need to be certificated by international terminal protocol conformance test before its commercial applications,to ensure that the terminal performanceis consistent with the protocol specification.The carrier aggregation terminal protocol conformance test suites need to be urgently exploited and completed,and the test plays an important role in carrier aggregation technology mature.This topic research is derived from the national major projects "2014ZX03001025-002_TD-LTE-Advancedmulti-frequency multi-mode terminal protocol conformance TTCN test set development".This thesis introduces the study status of terminal protocol conformance testing,as well as the theories of terminal protocol conformance testing and briefly illustrates the contents and research results of this topic.The main work is as follows:Firstly,analyze the testing requirements of the carrier aggregation terminal in MAC layer's in protocol conformance testing,and complete the CA-MAC layertesting model using the loop-back test methods.Then three test cases in carrier aggregation scenarios,i.e.Scell(Secondary Cell)activation/to activate,HARQ(Hybrid Auto Repeat Request)process,BSR(Buffer Status Report)report process,are designed and implemented,including the testing purpose and the design of the testing process,as well as TTCN-3(Testing and Test Control Notation version 3)code realization,etc.Then,analyze the testing requirements of the carrier aggregation terminal in RRC layer's in protocol conformance testing,and complete the CA-RRClayer testing model.Then three test casesin carrier aggregation scenarios,i.e.Handover failure process,measurement reporting,and Radio Link Failure,are designed and implemented,including the testing purpose and the design of the testing process,as well as TTCN-3 code realization,etc.
