With the rapid development of "smart city",the application of Internet of Things has gradually penetrated into all aspects of life.The research and application of remote data collection system has become a hot topic in the field of Internet of Things.However,the large power consumption of the existing wireless collection terminal greatly restricts the further wide application of the Internet of Things.Therefore,designing a remote data collection terminal with low power consumption and small volume has certain practical significance.Based on the NB-IoT communication network,this thesis designs a low-power remote collection terminal system by studying the power consumption of remote collection terminals under different states and analyzing the influencing factors of power consumption,and applies it to the water industry to further verify the practicality value of the collection terminal.In the terminal hardware design,first analyzed the available chip characteristics in detail,selecte STM8L052C6 as the system central processor,select SIM7020C as the communication module,and then design and implement the micro power controller module,communication module,interface circuit,power module module,etc.The circuit guarantees low power consumption of the hardware.In the design of terminal software,the data collection software is designed and encrypted with 32 rounds of iterative TEA algorithm.The uplink and downlink communication software is designed to encapsulate the data into the Payload part of CoAP protocol for data transmission,Drivers for modules such as sensor modules and communication modules are designed,and low-power management software is designed to further reduce the overall power consumption of software and hardware.The terminal test results show that under the ideal condition of 3.7V 9.8Ah battery capacity,15 minutes/time acquisition and 6 hours/time transmission,the collection terminal has low power consumption characteristics of 6.8 years,and the terminal has the small size characteristic of ordinary IC card size.In the aspect of water application testing,the collection terminal can interact with the relay server for data interaction.The server can successfully parse,store and display the data,indicating that the designed NB-IoT-based low-power remote collection terminal has certain practical value.
