The Made-in-China 2025 Plan clearly states that manufacturing industry should make progress in digitization,networking and intelligentialize.In order to achieve better effect of transmission and control,the hydraulic transmission control technology also needs to be developed in digitization,networking and intelligentialize as a key foundation.Wireless remote control hydraulic system,which integrates digital information processing and transmission with hydraulic control technology,is a typical application of digital hydraulic transmission technology.It has obvious advantages in harsh and dangerous environment and working conditions with many wires,such as military chariot,construction machinery,colliery hydraulic support,hydraulic system of stage and acquisition occasions of high voltage signal,etc.It can greatly improve the work safety of operators and reduce the workload of people.it enlarges the workspace of the staff and increases the comfort of the workers compared with the traditional control conditions of industrial.Relying on the development foundation of heavy equipment in our university and facing the development trend of deep informatization of hydraulic technology,this paper combines digital wireless communication with hydraulic control technology,and takes electro-hydraulic servo control system as the object of research,launches the research of wireless remote hydraulic servo control system.Under the new situation of upgraded industry and intelligent manufacturing,Wireless communication technology is used in hydraulic system in this paper to form a new type of wireless control electro-hydraulic servo system,with relying on the characteristics of heavy machinery specialty in our university.To solve the problem that wireless signals are easily disturbed,a wireless communication protocol is designed.It is deeply researched about the improvement of position control accuracy and the response speed of wireless control hydraulic servo system.The performance of system is analyzed by experiment and simulation.The following parts are specific contents of this paper.(1)Performance and architecture of wireless hydraulic control are analyzedand designed,in this paper several popular wireless technologies are analyzed and compared,and appropriate modules of wireless communication are selected.According to the requirement of high precision control and fast response of the system,high frequency servo valve is selected to match with servo cylinder,and controller that is high speed and multi-pin,and some transmitters with good linearity,high precision and quick reaction are used.(2)Signal processing and transmission are studied.about the bottom control code of MCU,this paper introduces the functions of analog-to-digital conversion,serial communication,task interruption,direct register access,etc.The operation process and functions of program is expounded in detail in this paper,The process of wireless data receiving and transmitting is presented.At the same time,the procedures for data receiving and receiving,processing,judging,displaying and alarm of the upper computer Lab VIEW are described.The beautiful human-computer interface is showed.I hope that the content of this paper can provide some references for students who will do similar research work in the future.(3)The model of the system is established and analyzed.transmission of wireless data is susceptible and damped in the environment and the long-distance condition.Therefore,on the basis of mathematical model of interference and attenuation in wireless communication,wireless hydraulic system is analyzed in domain of frequency,Because both upper computer and the controller can correct the error of the system,the conditions that correction link is placed in both controller and the upper computer are analyzed,and the best position of correction link is obtained.(4)Experiment.the whole wireless control electro-hydraulic servo system is verified in the laboratory.At the same time,a comparative experiment is made between wired and wireless condition.For the problems of vibratory and overshoot of location of piston in the experiment,the reason for these phenomena are explained in detail,and the solutions to the problems of vibratory and overshoot are given.The results of experiment show that the communication of wireless data is smooth and fast andthe communication performance is still good under the condition of long distance and obstacles.The program in the upper computer and the controller runs normally.the ability of the system to continuous tracking and fast response is superior.
