Design And Implementation Of Statistical Analysis System For Mobile Device Moving Track Based On Storm

In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet and Internet of Things,the amount of data collected by various kinds of terminal equipment continues to grow.Accordingly,different from the traditional way of extracting valuable information from the huge volume of such data,a variety of technical means have emerged.This topic is mean to use the big data processing technology on mobile device trajectory statistical analysis,and then provide relevant support for public security.The system uses WiFi searcher to collect information from nearby mobile devices,and the dispersed probes will keep transmitting a large amount of data to the server,that is,the basic data of moving device trajectory.The trajectories of mobile devices based on mobile phones can also be regarded as the trajectories of their owners,however it is meaningless to just collect data.Traditional data processing methods can not effectively process such a large number of real-time data into effective results,so it is necessary to use the big data technology to solve the problem.We use streaming computing to deal with the trajectory of mobile devices,finally we can get the result of statistical analysis which can be applied to the auxiliary criminal case detection process and public security related requirements.The streaming computing function in the system is implemented through the support provided by the Storm framework,with Kafka and other components.Data persistence uses non relational database MongoDB clusters that are compatible with such data structures.Web application adopts Spring framework and Kendo UI front-end framework.Application servers,database servers,Storm clusters,and related components are hosted on the cloud hosts provided by the OpenStack private cloud.The system will provide mobile device traffic statistical analysis and visit query function for WiFi searcher deployment area,mobile device moving track function and similar trajectory query function.At the same time,the system contains user roles and permissions which is indispensable.regional and device management functions are also attached.The system can assist the investigators in case tracking and detection,and can provide regional flow of people and related early warning functions for public security-related monitoring personnel.This paper describes the analysis,design,implementation and deployment of the system.
