As the measurement requirements for three-dimensional data of objects extend from manual measurement to automated measurement,stereoscopic vision technology has gradually developed.When the surface of the object is smooth or lacks texture information,the difficulty of matching becomes larger or even mismatched,which affects the reconstruction effect of the object.Accurate and rapid 3D reconstruction and measurement of weakly textured objects has important implications for robot navigation,reverse engineering,topographic mapping,and virtual reality.In this paper,the imaging model,distortion model and camera coordinate system conversion relationship of camera are studied firstly.The advantages and disadvantages of different vision models and applicable scenarios are analyzed.The binocular measurement scheme based on structured light is designed.The principle of camera calibration is analyzed and studied.The influence of calibration plate specifications on calibration accuracy is analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of current mainstream refinement algorithms are compared and analyzed.The stereo matching algorithm of multiline structured light and grid structure light is designed based on limit constraint and order consistency constraint.The 3D reconstruction experiment of the engine blade was verified.The gradient-based digital image correlation principle was studied.The displacement of the sampling point was solved based on the Newton-Raphon iteration.Finally,the displacement field of the neighborhood subset was polynomial.Combining the Lagrangian strain component,and finally combining the 3D digital image correlation method with the infrared imaging technology,the simultaneous measurement of the deformation field and the temperature field in the pulse induction excitation detection is realized.In the system development,the dual camera is studied.High-speed synchronous acquisition method,and designed and developed a set of three based on stereo vision Dimensional measurement system,the system integrates binocular acquisition,image processing,3D calculation and depth tracking.It is applied to the visual space positioning of cable robots to prove that the operation is stable and correct.The work done in this paper has positive significance for fast three-dimensional reconstruction and spatial location measurement of weakly textured objects.
