Immediately,it describes a state,usually refers to a kind of behavior in the immediate moment,is synonymous with speed and symbolism.The invention of the Internet in the 1960 s broke the space and time constraints of information dissemination,greatly expanded the influence and scope of information spread,and proposed new requirements for immediate action and real-time feedback on information.According to the Long Tail Theory,there is tremendous value and the more subdivided markets and the public in the tail.The demand and voices from the niche markets and the diverse public can even create a disruptive innovation.As a result,companies must change their mindset,start real-time marketing and PR,respond quickly and focus on a more holistic audience.This research is carried out from the following three aspects.First,analyze the evolution of the media environment background.Starting with the evolution of social media,the development of social media is categorized as a process from communication to spread and then to communication.Social media,from the earliest word of mouth and the oneto-one communication of the book's teaser,evolved into the mass media's one-to-many spread as the dissemination tool progressed,but this result hindered the two-way communication;the emergence of new social media on the Internet opened up exchanges Two-way channel,and can support cross-interaction between people.Second,trace the traditional rules of marketing and PR to explore the new rules and trends of marketing and PR in the new media environment.The study found that,rooted in the new social media environment with Chinese characteristics in the Internet,marketing and PR online presents a new trend of diverse integration.Speed and agility become the key to business success,companies must be ready in real time,and make immediate action.Finally,the new background,new rules and new trends in marketing and PR areas require practitioners to start new operations immediately,face real-time marketing and PR,learn real-time rules;establish real-time concepts,transform real-time advantages,and start with concrete practices.
