The frequency of Cross-over Hosts in TV programs is increasing,The external and internal motivation promote the development of Cross-over Hosts from single to multiple,from "one thousand people" to "each with its own characteristics".The emergence and development of cross-border hosts not only stimulate the self-improvement of the host industry,but also develop new ideas for TV program planning.In the future,with the TV program development,the crossover-host will be a more dominant position.Cross-over Host generated reason mainly has the following three: First,Chinese increasingly tolerant policy formed a variety of media industry competition situation,inclusive of industrialization management of TV media industry,the host selection ways of openness and media in the market competition has innovative ideas change have led to the cross-border host.Second,the audience view of media change under the influence of the consumerism,the pursuit of entertainment and satisfy the curiosity of the initiative driving cross-border host generated.Finally,people from all walks of life actively seek TV media platforms to show themselves in various aspects,accumulate practical experience,and improve popularity is also an important reason for the generation of cross-border hosts.TV program consists of many complex symbols.The host is the core element of a program.And host is also an important symbol culture.There are three kinds of symbols of TV program hosts: language symbols,image symbols and role symbols.Unique and distinctive language symbols include the language foundation formed on the basis of the unrepeatable professional experience of the cross-border host and the language style of "de-broadcasting";The full style of the image symbol for the pluralistic image packaging and brand deep professional color;The role symbols of cross-occupational integration contain the integration of role symbol culture and the transformation of role symbols.New characteristics and advantages have been formed in the process of theindeographci process of the trans-boundary host symbol,which is manifested in the fact that the multi-field culture weakens the limitation of the host symbol.The multi-dimensional role remolds the associative nature of the host symbol;"Business card effect" set up the symbolic symbol of the host;The interdisciplinary integration strengthens the continuity of host symbols.The cross-boundary host symbol plays an important ideographic role in TV programs,which are the identification and reference function to shape brand programs and the symbolic implication function to convey program connotation.TV program crossovers gain good communication effect from both TV program and audience.The symbolic image of the cross-boundary host creates the brand of the program,and the unique language symbols enhance the richness of the program.The multi-faceted character symbols satisfy the audience's curiosity.The development of cross-border hosts is accompanied by the emergence of problems.Therefore,cross-border hosts should overcome the problems of relatively weak hosting professionalism,avoid the tendency of spreading content to be pan-entertainment,and avoid the disadvantages of relatively vague role positioning.In the future host industry,it is necessary to strengthen the "signifier" and optimize the "signified" to achieve a long-term development.
