With the development of telecom service,more and more network elements need connect with BSS,functions become more and more complex,new services emerge in endlessly,the traditional single monitoring system is very difficult to meet the monitoring and maintenance requirements,the frequent operation of failure,affecting the reputation of the operator and the satisfaction of users.Ensuring the normal operation of BSS business is an important task faced by every operator.The 4G business has just been popularized,the IOT field is in the construction period,and the 5G business is ready to be launched.These all need the continuous investment in the telecommunication field,but the cost of the package is declining,the high investment of hardware and software has seriously affected the profit of the operators.How to optimize the existing network system continuously,improve operational efficiency and reduce costs,Provide multi-dimensional monitoring,and every operator need think how to move ahead.The prerequisite of BSS mornitoring system is to collect and analyze the business data and logs.To solves the outstanding maintenance problems faced by telecom enterprises and improve operational efficiency.The main flow of big data is divided into three steps,business data acquisition,business data processing and business data application.Using Flume/Kafra log system processing technology and Elastic search/Kibana's full-text retrieval and graphical display capabilities,design and implement a service-oriented infrastructure monitoring system.The main content of the research is to provide intelligent operation and maintenance,mainly in the following aspects:(1)Refer to the latest architecture design of the monitoring system of the industry,select mature technology,combine the business characteristics of BSS,design and implement the next generation of monitoring system for BSS.Realize the functions of BSS service monitoring,such as service call,exception location,log collection and processing.It provides a multi-dimensional business monitoring platform for telecom BSS,which is easy to maintain,visualize,and locate the issue quickly.(2)Research how to obtain massive value data,realize the rapid collection of data and logs between different products and different systems,aggregate data,and arrange them in a unified Format,which will be useed by the upper level of the business monitoring system,and provide an open expansion capability for the use of third parties.(3)Research how to implement BSS operation in safety management.Evaluate system risk,prevent faults in advance,locate faults quickly and remove obstacles intelligently without introducing new security risks,and cost BSS performance acceptable.This paper has designed and implemented the functions of business monitoring,exception handling and log collection and analysis.Monitor the operation status of BSS business,physical machine and virtual machine,realize timely alarm and deal with abnormal problems efficiently.
