Research On Enterprise Of Financial Diagnosis Based On Data Mining

The enterprise has accumulated a large amount of financial data in the process of production and operation, combined with other related information, can analysis the enterprise’s financial position and operating results. But the traditional financial diagnosis is difficult to analysis vast amounts of enterprise financial data due to the lack of advanced financial technology, the reason of which is that most of the traditional financial diagnosis use statistical,or financial method which is difficult to deal with massive financial data and only able to analyze, evaluate a small amount of financial information, is difficult to process enterprise multi-year financial data and mass of industry information. The practicality of traditional diagnosis method is poor because it is lag, one-sidedness and vulnerable to the impact of accounting policy choice. If we want to dig valuable information from incomplete, ambiguous, simple random data, we need to use data mining, an efficient analysis tool, which can dig not only practical, but also entirely new data, which as a basis to identify data hidden behind the law, and apply these laws build diagnostic analysis model.The content of this paper is to use the advantages of data mining to discuss the effective combination of the financial consulting methods and data mining method, combine with data mining method on the basis of diagnostic data from overall and special judgment to build the model of financial diagnosis. Financial Diagnosis will be subdivided into four majors, such as diagnostic data system, overall and special judgment, financial diagnostic data mining analysis and the construction of financial diagnostic model.This paper describes in detail the application of data mining theory and methods in the analysis of financial diagnosis, taking the S company financial data in nearly five years as the background, using Clementine and SPSS Statistic as analysis platform, and combining with the financial diagnosis method and data mining technology to study the application of data mining methods in the financial diagnosis. In order to improve the efficiency of financial diagnosis, this paper try to build a practical, intelligent financial diagnostic model based on data mining method, which take nearly five years of financial data about S company as a basis. For this purpose, this article uses data mining method:cluster analysis, principal component analysis and decision tree analysis method.
