Design And Implement Of Evidence Management System For Public Security Bureau Of Dongguan

With the improvement of the public security information infrastructure construction and application of all kinds of business system,public security business work equipped with information technology and public security information is gradually promote the traditional policing concept,mode and method,which will greatly promote the development of public security work.From this perspective,although the public security work has gradually armed with policing informatization,but its benefit is not very prominent.Through grasping the development trend of social relying on policing mode change and information technology are very important and urgent for construction in public security work and the comprehensive promotion of police information fusion.In this paper,the crime scene investigation is designed and developed with computer and network technology.The system would standard information collection and crime scene inspection realizing the crime scene investigation information,digitization,and network management.Effectively improving the quality of field work and promoting policing supervision mode will be useful to enhance people's security.This paper the main work completed is as follows:(1)the inspection of crime scene information management development trend both at home and abroad is analyzed,combined with the lack of resource integration of police in our country,then puts forward the urgency of the development crime scene investigation system,because the evidence reflects the real situation of the crime.(2)the key technology and the framework of crime scene investigation system for Dongguan public security bureau is studied,the framework includes the Struts and Spring,the decouple of the Struts and Spring realizes the modularize of each components,it analyzes the Oracle which is used as the database and completes laid a solid foundation for the smooth development of system.(3)with the idea of software engineering,actual demand of the system are analyzed.The system main function modules are divided,including information collection,information production,material evidence preservation,maintenance inspection appraisal,query statistics and management module,as well as entire system's functional requirements and non-functional requirements analysis.(4)on the basis of demand analysis,the Model-View-Controller design model is studied and the system main function modules are designed with analysis of the main workflow system.(5)the system functions and stability was tested,the test cases were written in accordance with the requirements,the test results demonstrate that the system satisfy the users' requirement.Finally main work of the full text is summarized.
