In recent years,the rapid development of China's economy has been the world's attention,in this context,the rapid development of manufacturing industry as a pillar industry of our national economy.With the rapid development of manufacturing industry,the fierce market competition,many enterprises in order to improve their competitiveness,access to competitive advantage,in the production and management of the introduction of information management and intelligent management and other advanced technology.Manufacturing execution system is the automobile,metallurgy,textile and machinery manufacturing enterprises to achieve information management generally choose one,the system can tightly linked site information and ERP management system,which can effectively avoid management system from the scene information,closed repairer.In this paper,the construction of the cloud service platform is the operating platform of manufacturing execution system(referred to as MES).The platform is based on cloud computing technology,and the related data information is transmitted to the service platform by MES tools.Then the data is transmitted to the ERP system of the enterprise.Manufacturing execution system to obtain data and transfer data through the technology is mainly perceived technology,through the perception of the production site of the relevant information to the management system,on the one hand to facilitate the management of real-time tracking and management of the production situation,on the other hand,to provide a reliable basis for management coordination and adjustment.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Construction of enterprise manufacturing service platform based on cloud architecture.Based on cloud computing technology,this paper builds a cloud architecture service platform which is suitable for manufacturing industry.The platform integrates the object control network and the fusion network,and uses gigabit network to connect all kinds of servers.The client sets the corresponding system access rights,and through the switch to achieve the data exchange between the server.According to different service objects and functions,the cloud architecture service platform is divided into different levels,such as core service layer,application layer and infrastructure layer.The core service layer is the main architecture layer,which is realized by the connection of the business logic of manufacturing execution system.(2)Cloud Architecture model is constructed through the relative hardware and network for enterprises.By adopting overall integration deployment,the model can decrease the software and hardware cost of the system,reduce client performance requirements,improve the efficiency of data storage and reading,decrease the risk of data loss,ensure the security of data,enhance the user experience,and make the system maintenance more convenient and quick.(3)Design and development of manufacturing execution system for enterprises.This paper analyzes the business process of manufacturing enterprises,and analyzes the system business needs and optimizes the business process.The system is divided into 7 main functions,such as basic data collection,enterprise information management,product information management,workflow management,program management,batch management,system management.System background based on ASP.NET technology to build,development platform for Studio Visual 2012,the development of language is C#,the data is stored in ORACLE database,system services through Enterprise Cloud Architecture service platform to achieve transmission.
