As a new human-computer interaction technology,haptics have been applied to mobile device field gradually.We based on the DOE idea,study deeply and analyze gradually for haptics of our Z product,and protocol the optimized design steps.To evade existing patents at home and abroad,we designed the structure of setting vibrator based on haptics principle firstly.Then analyze the several factors which influence the effective of hapitcs or vibrator energy output,and some levels which fitted for these factors.For shortening development time and reducing cost,we screened and obsoleted factors and levels by orthogonal experiment design and analysis technique,then found the matched design parameter.The experiment steps which selected the appropriate orthogonal array,got different combination test plans,and set test index that was the weighted score of the vibration displacement values by laser measurement equipment.After the first stage test,although had not got satisfied combination of test index,we still understood the main effective trend of each factor and level,then introduced the new level into the second stage test after analysis and summary.We found the satisfied combination of test index in the second stage data,and determined the levels of certain factors to make it a fixed factor as basic condition of experiment.For the phenomenon of excessive vibration noise in the second stage,got the related date after test and analysis again.And made a controllable factor into a fixed factor,further reduced the complexity of next test.We did the optimized test of displacement value finally after screened and eliminated.To introduce the cost index for evaluation in the optimized test,then got the combination of meet the demand of production and design.The test result that the haptics of the Z project could meet customer requirements.
