Micro hemisphere resonant gyroscope is a research hotspot in the field of inertial technology.Micro hemisphere gyroscope based on the principle of Coriolis vibration have many advantages over other gyroscopes.Micro hemisphere gyroscope has simple structure and anti-interference ability,and can still work for some time after power failure.At the same time,micro hemisphere gyroscope has received great attention due to their small size,low power consumption,high reliability,short start-up time and large operating temperature range.However,the research process of the micro hemisphere gyroscope encountered many problems,and the domestic high precision micro hemisphere gyroscope is facing great challenges.The purpose of this paper is to start with the basic principles of micro gyroscopes,to simulate and analyze the micro hemisphere gyroscope developed by using piezoelectric materials,and to study the new equivalent circuit of piezoelectric micro gyroscope from the theoretical analysis of the transition from mechanical domain to electric domain,in order to solve the problem of the traditional equivalent circuit in describing the actual state of micro gyroscope.Based on the research of micro gyroscope theory,a circuit system of micro hemisphere gyroscope control and detection is designed and a micro gyroscope force balance circuit is set up.The performance test of the micro hemisphere gyroscope is completed.The digital phase locked loop circuit and digital automatic gain control circuit of the gyroscope is further designed and implemented.It provides reference and support for the research of the micro gyroscope control circuit.
