Nowadays,China's industrialization is booming.With the strategic plan of German Industry 4.0 and China Manufacturing 2025,it has given a new direction for industrial production.Mainly focusing on the direction of intelligence,it pays attention to the high integration of information technology and industry,and innovates a new model of industrial development.And the promotion of intelligent factories will become the breakthrough point of China Manufacturing 2025.So it puts forward higher requirements for industrial process control.At present,it usually uses the wired transmission in petrochemical industry.Facing the difficulty of laying communication cables,the existence of moving objects,the dispersion of control nodes and the harsh environmental conditions,it brings many problems to the wired control system.With the development of electronics information technology and the increasing maturity of wireless network communication technology,applying a wireless network to the control system,and wireless technology is used to replace the wired transmission mode which is widely used at present,and then takes advantage of the convenience of wireless communication technology,flexible installation and easily expandability to overcome the drawbacks of the wired transmission mode.In this paper,the wireless communication network composed of wireless communication equipment is used as the data transmission platform.The water tank and high-temperature heating furnace in the national and local joint engineering laboratory are taken as experimental objects.For two important parameters of the petrochemical industry such as liquid level and temperature,the paper designs the control scheme of the liquid level system of water tank and the temperature system of high temperature heating furnace,and further to build a wireless industrial process control system.In the process of establishing the wireless industrial process control system,it designs the hardware of wireless communication equipment(including wireless node,intelligent gateway and multi-hop data radio),the structure of wireless communication network,the hardware communication configuration of water tank,high temperature heating furnace and host computer configuration,etc.The system uses the MCGS configuration software as the engineering verification platform to establish the monitoring interface of the wireless industrial process control system.In the configuration software,the control strategies such as general PID control,PFC-PID control and GORC-PID control are programmed for the objects of liquid level and temperature.The strategies are to realize the real-time monitoring and control of the water level of the water tank and the temperature of the high temperature heating furnace.Also considering the possible packet loss problem in the wireless communication process,it designs an improved advanced controller to compensate for the packet loss problem and carries out experiments such as setpoint tracking,pulse/step interference,etc.The experimental results show that the designed wireless industrial process control system has good tracking performance,robustness and anti-interference ability,which can meet the default control requirements.And it embodies a good industrial application value.
