The rapid development of e-commerce has promoted the change of consumption mode of fruits and vegetables products,online and offline dual-channel shopping has become a common consumption mode.How to obtain higher profits and enhance its competition in the mode is a new challenge for every fruit and vegetable supermarket.Reasonable supermarket location and optimal distribution routes could reduce its operation cost,improve it's core competitiveness and have a larger market share.So,how to determine the location of fruit and vegetable supermarkets and how to optimize distribution routes scientifically would be necessary to study urgently.Combining he changes of operation mode of fruit and vegetable supermarket and consumer's consumption mode under the background of e-commerce,the influencing factors of fruit and vegetable supermarket's are discussed;Logit function is introduced to simulate consumers' choice preference for present supermarket selection;online consumption probability of customers is simulated by the distance between customers and fruit and vegetable supermarkets;taking account of sales volume,cost and customer satisfaction of fruit and vegetable supermarkets comprehensively,an optimization model of multi-objective position and distribution route subject to maximum of supermarket profit and customer satisfaction is established.Cost of the model includes construction and operation cost,transportation cost,vehicle operation cost,cargo damage cost and time window violation cost etc.Consumer satisfaction includes time satisfaction and freshness satisfaction.Simpling multi-objective optimization to single-objective optimization,LINGO software is used to solve a small example to verify the correctness of the model.Comparing and analyzing the common solving algorithms,the genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model.Comparing solution of LINGO and the designed algorithm to solve the same small example,it is concluded that the running time of the designed algorithm is only 10.1% of LINGO's,and the difference between designed algorithm and LINGO is only 0.6 ?,correctness and efficiency of the designed algorithm is verified.Finally,taking the area surrounded by Zhuque Street,Xiaozhai Road,Taiyi Road and Huancheng South Road in Xi'an as the research object,129 nature districts in the studied area are clustered into 40 bigger districts.Using the Baidu Service Platform api,coordination,the actual spatial distances between 47 nodes are calculated,which 47 nodes include 40 bigger districts,3 alternative fruit and vegetable supermarkets and 4 competition facilities.The utility values of supermarket choosed are investigated by questionnaire.Then the optimal location of fruit and vegetable supermarkets optimization location within the studied area is calculate by the designed algorithm,it is Guanzhong driving school,the optimal distribution route is calculated too.All in all,the model and the designed algorithm are correct and effective,and can solve problems in real life.
