Microwave Modules widely used in Microwave-Relay communication,mobile communication,remote sensing,navigation radar and electronic countermeasure system.The modules act as a core part between antenna and signal processing circuit have good prospects for development.Frequency source is important part of microwave modules.It produce signals and directly influences the whole performance of the module.As we also know,PLL is a major solution to achieve high performance integrated frequency modules.A space group proposed a high-stability frequency source module development demand with certain innovation and scientific.The high performance microwave module is used in radio fuse system.The module provides multi high-stability signal source as local oscillator signal and give voltage information according to the signal frequency.Under such a circumstance,this paper introduce the design theory of high-stability frequency source and research the theory in engineering.First,the working principle of phase lock technique,PLL circuit are analyzed and a PLL design scheme is given.Besides the job above,the working principle and design scheme of other function circuit are introduced in this paper.Next,the application of frequency source engineering is analyzed in detail and introduced focuses on reliability design criteria and actual design of the product.Then,functional verification is carried out for production process and test.A good performance has been developed to meet the needs of practical engineering applications on the basis of preliminary functional verification.Finally the insufficiency in design process such as long-term frequency stability and localization rate are considered and forecasted in last section.
