With the development of electronic communication technology, communication system has put forward higher requirements to the phase noise and stability performance of frequency sources, especially for cutting-edge industries such as national defense and aerospace. However, there are still have a big gap between China and Western country's of the research in this field.This paper start from phase noise theory, by studying The principle of Phase Noise generated and Factors affecting the phase noise, method to weaken phase have been found from theoretic. Then phase noise of the oscillator's was simulated under the guidance of the theory. An oscillator circuit was designed and optimized base on the result of simulation. In order to optimize the stability of frequency, thermal model of OCXO was studied. Through theoretical analysis and experimental, method to improve temperature performance of OCXO was found. In order to increase the output frequency, a multiplier was designed.The 100MHz OCXO we designed got the phase noise performance, -157dBc/Hz@1KHz,-170dBc/Hz@10KHz, frequency-temperature stability performance, 0.15ppm.
