With the rapid development of sensor technology,electronic technology and computer technology,traditional quantitative weighing equipment can not meet the needs of industrial production due to the limitations of symmetrical heavy goods requirements.How to produce a high precision and fast automatic weighing Equipment is an urgent problem to be solved.According to the functional requirements and design specifications of the combined scale proposed by the XX company,this paper designed a multi-functional combination scale controller and its remote monitoring system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,based on the analysis of the working process and working principle of the combined scale,the mathematical model of combined weighing is established to find out the factors and optimization methods that affect the performance index of the combined scale,and complete the overall scheme of the combined scale controller and its remote monitoring system.design.Secondly,under the guidance of modular design ideas and distributed control methods,the interface and electrical characteristics of the controller hardware circuit are fully considered,and the schematic diagram of the hardware circuit is designed.The design includes the circuit design and hardware selection of the main controller module,AD data acquisition module,stepper motor drive module,electromagnetic oscillation module,remote monitoring module and power module.Then,for the functional requirements of the multi-functional combination scale,the ?C/OS-II real-time operating system is used as the core of the main controller software.By dividing the control tasks,the logic flow chart of the multi-function combination controller software is designed.The software program is written in Clanguage.Finally,by designing and optimizing the combination algorithm,the operation time of the high-speed combination mode is reduced,and the combination time is controlled within 15 ms.The fuzzy PID control algorithm is introduced to solve the problem of the fluctuation of the weight of the line vibrator system.By comparing with the traditional PID control algorithm,it is determined.An effective control strategy for the line vibrator on the weight of the blank.Finally,the control system was applied to the industrial production site,and a series of experimental verification and data analysis were carried out for the basic hardware,host computer,remote monitoring and other functions and overall combination performance of the multi-functional combination scale.The result proves that the multi-function combination scale control The system can complete combined tasks efficiently and stably,and realize remote monitoring functions to meet the needs of modern production packaging.
