With the increasingly serious of China's population ageing problem,the population dependency ratio is rising rapidly,national and local authorities advocate for institutional pensions,nursing homes,as a major component of institutional pensions,are growing rapidly.Nevertheless,problems like the scarcity of care workers and poor supervision rose in the process,which led to a series of severe situations such as the elderly are not carefully taken care of and the rescues are not in time.Therefore,it is of great significance to provide remote care services for nursing homes through relevant information technology.At present,the main technical solution is to provide related services based on indoor location.These technical solutions have three problems.Firstly,the software system is implemented in these location technology,without clear user rights division;secondly,the current location system has many equipment and does not effectively management of location equipment;the indoor location system involved in these technologies in the large-scale nursing home scenario,a large number of positioned personnel location information will bring pressure to the system calculation,storage,data access.To solve these problems,this paper develops a indoor location system for nursing homes based on low-cost Bluetooth and LoRa technology.The Indoor Location System(ILS)uses architecture based on B/S and is divided into three parts,the application display platform,the data interface platform and the data processing platform.Also,SSM framework is used for back-end development simplifies the work of back-end development.Through the analysis of the ILS's requirements,the user's rights are divided,and the nine functions of the system,including the management of location equipment,are defined.The system provides a low-cost,rich-function and clear-power indoor location system for nursing homes.In addition,in order to cope with the massive data produced by large nursing home activity in peak period,For real-time location information which need frequent read and write and strong hotspot,indoor location algorithm based on distance measurement is used to reduce the computation and preparation work,and we use Redis database for caching,so the time of requests can be reduced.Furthermore,in situations where tremendous data reading and writing is needed,Mysql database is used for data segmentation based on Mycat in order to reduce the time for reading and writing.After the implementation of the indoor location system for nursing homes,the system has been tested for function and data storage.The results show that the functions meet the requirements,the data storage performance is excellent,and many functions involved in the design requirements can run well.
