Research On Financial Risk Control Of Software Service Enterprises

Software service industry is one of the key industries supported by the industrial policy of our country,and it is also the most promising new industry in the world.Under the policy support of the national strategy,the software service industry has been developed rapidly.It has become an important force to guide our country to lead the scientific and technological innovation.Under the background of the development of the Internet era,it has played an important role in the transformation and upgrading of our countryundefineds economy and society.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the development of software service industry for the innovation and development of science and technology in our country.However,at present,the development of software service industry in our country is facing great difficulties,the life cycle of enterprises is not long,the ability to resist market risks is insufficient,the consciousness of risk prevention is not high,and the management situation is difficult.Therefore,this paper studies and analyzes the financial situation of software service enterprises in the process of development,analyzes the problems existing in enterprise finance and the reasons that lead to the formation of financial risks,so as to do a good job in identifying and evaluating the risks effectively.In order to ensure the smooth development of enterprises,it is necessary to find out the causes of risk operation and influence the risk factors,to do a good job in preventing and dealing with the risks,to strengthen the awareness of risk prevention in software service enterprises,to improve the ability and control level of financial risk prevention in enterprisesBased on the relevant theory of financial risk control,this paper analyzes the characteristics of financial risk in the operation activities of software service enterprises in China,and analyzes the financing,investment and operation of L enterprises in financial activities,which is based on the theory of financial risk control and the financial situation in the operation of software service enterprises in China.Profit distribution and other financial indicators are analyzed to identify the risks faced by enterprises in R & D and innovation.A sample of 26 listed companies in the software service industry similar to that of L enterprises was selected to analyze and compare several important indicators of the sample companies,including solvency,profitability,cash flow capacity,and operational capacity.The growth ability and innovation and development ability of 18 index core data,adopt factor analysis method to carry on the effective evaluation to the enterprise finance to face the risk condition.From this,the identification and evaluation results of financial risk in L enterprise are obtained,and the influencing factors of enterprise financial risk are found out,and the corresponding risk prevention measures are put forward.The significance of this research is that it can not only help L enterprises to improve their ability to understand their own financial risk situation,enhance their awareness of risk prevention,so as to promote the smooth development of enterprises,and at the same time,For the same type of enterprises to strengthen their own financial risk identification and evaluation has a guiding role.
