The material testing machine is a large-scale instrument for testing the mechanical properties of rubber,textiles,metals and waterproof materials.the material testing machine is mainly used in factories or research institutions,and is not suitable for tensile experimental material testing of flexible organic light-emitting devices.At present,the research on the stretching of organic flexible light-emitting diodes is not deep,mainly due to the lack of testing machines.This paper design a flexible organic light-emitting diode tensile testing device.The main contents are as follows:After the working principle of the stretching device is expounded,the mechanical part of the stretching device is designed.After the selection of the driving mode,the calculation of the model is carried out to select the mechanical components.According to the design requirements,we have designed again based on the original stretching device.The design mainly includes the components such as gearing,clamp,motor,tension sensor and screw.The MCU control program,core algorithm and the LabVIEW PC software control system had been programmed to stretch and fine-tune the stretching platform,and pull data acquisition functions.The characteristics of the lightemitting diodes were analyzed,and an organic flexible light-emitting diode were fabricated.The light-emitting diodes were fabricated for tensile test,and the electrical properties of the devices were tested after stretching.The reliability of the tensile system and the feasibility of the software were verified and the design requirements were met.
