With the maturity and popularization of computers and networks,the excellent information system centered on computer technology and network technology has been widely applied to major enterprises and deep into enterprise management.At the same time,the information trend of human resource management is becoming more and more obvious.The theory and practice of human resource management has developed to a new historical innovation point.The concept of human resource management in our country,in a gradually from the traditional personnel management to modern human resources management of the situation,how to effectively establish management mechanism,set up large reserves of talent team,has become the core topic of enterprise development.Therefore,enterprises gradually start to pay attention to the construction of their e-HR basic conditions,establish a standardized process and plan,step by step,and create an e-HR system suitable for them.The paper focuses on the new needs of a company's human resources management.From the perspective of human resources management,the e-HR system is designed and realized under the premise of in-depth understanding of the concepts,functions,features,models,and development trends of e-HR.The main jobs are as followed:(1)Summarized and analyzed the defects of the original personnel management;(2)Analyzed the e-HR system requirements and functions under the new requirements of the enterprise and human resource management,including the basic management system,salary managements system,and attendance performance management system;(3)Detailed design of the various functions of the e-HR system,including the system development environment and platform,database design,hardware architecture design,functional modules,etc.;(4)Realized the functions of each module of the e-HR system,including three modules in the basic management system:user information management module,file management module,recruitment training management module;including salary management module in the compensation managelent system;including two modules in the attendance performance management system:attendance management module,performance management module.(5)In the user information management module,the management of system information security is strengthened through the configuration of role authorization;and in the attendance management module,through the form of big data and combined with the data analysis of employee information,management is able to get scientific advices;in the hardware architecture,data security is ensured by virtual machine cluster and disk RAID-6.The achievements of results are as following:(1)In the aspect of enterprise human resource management,established a modernized management system which is also in line with development trends;(2)Combined with actual demands,e-HR system had been improved and enhanced the coordination between different functional modules;(3)Reduced the cost of corporate HR operations and management Improved the working efficiency.
