The Design And Implementation Of Asset Inventory System Based On Enterprise Wechat Account And Barcode Management

With the continuous development of China's higher education,the scale of university assets has exploded,and the traditional method of asset inventory has not kept pace with the times.Its efficiency is low and errors are frequent.Major universities urgently need a more efficient and accurate inventory method.Compared with the traditional inventory method,the Asset Inventory System based on Enterprise Wechat Account and Bar Code Management can fully mobilize human resources,save a lot of money and time,reduce or avoid errors,improve inventory efficiency,and improve inventory transparency and accuracy.This paper focuses on the analysis of the common needs of some universities and the design and implementation of various functional modules in the system based on the Asset Inventory System based on Enterprise Wechat Account and Bar Code Management.The system uses the intelligent machine of the faculty and staff as an inventory of bar code scanning guns,and obtains room and asset information,faculty identity information.GPS information,network status information and photos,etc.for recording and statistics through the API of Enterprise Wechat Account,and finally The PC side shows the progress and the multi-dimensional statistical results of the inventory.The system is currently in trial operation and is constantly being adjusted and refined based on feedback.
