Research On The Dilemma Of Quasi-journalists' Professional Concept Construction

The development of media technology has led to changes in the way of information dissemination,which has brought many social contradictions back to the public.This contradiction has been reflecting the degeneration of journalists' professional concept.The frequent occurrence of paid news and news dishonesty has affected the image of journalists.In addition,the fierce media competition environment and increasingly stringent news audiences have led to the increasing pressure of media workers,which leads to the professional flow of journalism.The unstable career dynamics in the journalism industry have a great impact on college students majoring in journalism.Based on this phenomenon,it is very important to construct the correct professional concept of journalists.Firstly,taking constructivism,communication pedagogy and field as theoretical approach.This paper takes the "Introduction to Journalism" classroom as a case,and uses content analysis and deep description to study the dilemma of quasi-journalists 'career concept construction.The study found that the predicament of the construction of the professional concept of the quasi-news journalists is mainly reflected in three aspects of the school theory study and the newsroom:The deviation of the theory of journalism,the misplacement of cognition in news production activities,and the differences in professional identity of journalists.The lack of professional concept construction in these three aspects is not a parallel.The deviation of theoretical knowledge and the misplacement of cognition in production activities lead to differences in professional identity.In addition,through the case study,this paper also analyses the factors that affect the construction of the professional concept of quasi-journalists,that is,the dual pressure of media technology innovation and market orientation and the lack of Journalism Education in universities affect the construction of the professional concept of journalists.Finally,based on the above-mentioned contents,I summarized the dilemma and influencing factors of the construction of the career concept of journalists.Proposing reasonable suggestions for the future professional concept of quasi-news practitioners.
