In today's society,machine vision technology develops rapidly and continues to extend to various industries.In this paper,according to the machine vision technology,the blueberry fruit as the detection object,the machine vision system of ground-air dual-use robot was designed,and the image processing and data extraction algorithm were studied.Aiming at the practical problem of monitoring crop growth status,the software and hardware design of the machine vision system of the land and air dual purpose agricultural information acquisition robot was completed.The machine vision system has the advantages of small size,light weight and good compatibility,etc.It can complete the task of collecting the growth status information of blueberry fruits.Aiming at the problem of spatial positioning by machine vision system,a space coordinate system with camera as the origin of coordinate is established,and an distance measurement algorithm and a space coordinate transformation algorithm are designed.The algorithm has little error in measuring the actual distance and space coordinates of objects,and can meet the actual needs.Aiming at the problem of collecting blueberry fruit growth status information(size,maturity,yield,etc.),image processing algorithms based on machine vision(image preprocessing algorithm,image segmentation algorithms,watershed algorithm based on Canny edge detection,blueberry fruit growth status information processing algorithm)were studied.The measurement of blueberry fruit size,maturity detection and yield prediction were completed.In order to test the performance of the machine vision system,a systematic test was carried out.The experimental results show that the machine vision system has a good recognition effect on Blueberry fruits.In the outdoor environment,the maximum relative error of the algorithm in estimating the output of blueberry fruits is less than 13%compared with the actual output of Blueberry fruits.It can be seen that the machine vision system can complete the information collection of blueberry fruits in natural environment,and the collected data has high accuracy and reliability.
