Industrial production is more and more automatic with the development of social economy.Manual operation cannot meet the product positioning accuracy and production efficiency.In recent years,the rapid development of machine vision provides a new method for industrial production.The biggest characteristic of machine vision is no contact,high speed,high precision,and can replace the manual work in some harsh environment of the scene,but also 24 hours of uninterrupted work,for the enterprise to save the manpower cost,improve production efficiency,so it has been widely used in the industrial field.In paper,we regard the main board of the mobile phone on the industrial pipeline as the research object.A mobile phone motherboard positioning system and software program design are built based on the theory of machine vision and digital image processing,in order to improve the positioning accuracy of the circuit board.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,according to the requirements of the system,the appropriate hardware devices,such as camera,lens and light source are selected,after the performance parameters of the equipment are compared.The mobile phone motherboard positioning platform based on machine vision is built,and the image of the mobile phone mainboard is obtained.The mobile phone motherboard positioning platform based on machine vision is built,and the image of the mobile phone mainboard is obtained.Software configuration is through VS2010 and OpenCV2.4.10 to build a platform for image processing.Using C#to design the manual monitoring interface and a detailed description of the interface features.Secondly,the collected images are preprocessed.Preprocessing includes image gray processing,two value processing,image filtering.Due to the unavoidable noise in the collected image,the advantages and disadvantages of different filtering methods are introduced in detail.The filter will blur the image,so the image is enhanced.Then the image edge detection and extraction of the smallest external rectangle.In this paper,the method of edge detection is introduced in detail,and the suitable detection method is selected after comparison.Based on this method,the Gauss filter in the Canny operator is changed into the median filter.The edge blur problem of image is improved.On the basis of the extracted edge,the contour of the edge is extracted,and the smallest outer rectangle is extracted on the basis of the convex hull.The pixel coordinates of the four vertices of the rectangle are obtained.Finally,the calibration of the camera is obtained,the coordinate system is established,and the coordinates of the mobile phone mainboard in the world coordinate system are analyzed.In this paper,the design of the circuit board positioning system based on machine vision,can accurately detect the position of the circuit board in the industrial assembly line.The experimental results show that the algorithm can meet the precision requirements of the positioning system,and is an effective detection method.The system can improve the efficiency of industrial production,and has a certain theoretical and practical value.
