With the rapid development of mobile Internet and online e-commerce platforms,the mobile online market has become the top priority in the competition among major mobile phone brands.However,as the Internet mobile phone market matures and competition becomes more and more intense,Internet mobile phone brands are facing new situations and tasks.Transformation and adjustment are imminent,and the marketing strategies of Honor brand mobile phones also need to be adjusted and changed accordingly.Firstly,this paper discusses the background,purpose,significance and research methods of Honor Brand Mobile Marketing strategy research,and makes a detailed and in-depth analysis of the research trends at home and abroad of marketing mix theory,Mobile Marketing strategy,marketing channels,etc.Then it introduces the development history of Honor Mobile Phone Brand and the current main marketing strategies,and deeply analyzes the macro and micro marketing environment and market position of Honor Brand.This paper discusses the current competition situation in the mobile phone market and the brand positioning and competitive advantages of Honor's major competitors,and summarizes the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of Honor brand development.At the same time,from the aspects of consumers' brand awareness,product satisfaction,price acceptance,product attributes,marketing channels and product promotion requirements,this paper conducts in-depth research and analysis on the demand characteristics of target consumer groups for Honor mobile phones through questionnaire survey.Finally,through a variety of analysis and research,we have come up with suggestions for improving the products,prices,channels and promotion strategies of Honor Brand's mobile phones,so as to provide useful references for Honor Brand to further optimize its marketing strategies and further enhance its attraction to young consumers in the current market environment,further consolidate its market position and take the initiative in the fierce competition.
