| Scientific and technological innovation supports the transformation of economic development mode and becomes the main tone of current economic transformation in China.As a high-tech and sophisticated integrated circuit technology,it represents the progress and development of science and technology in China to a certain extent.The progress of integrated circuit technology restricts the development of many industries,and is more related to national information security.In recent years,.the speed of global economic development has slowed down,but the development of integrated eircuit industry is showing a high growth trend.In the near future,integrated circuit will probably become the breakthrough and main point of China*s economic growth.Therefore,it is particularly important to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of the performance of Chinese integrated circuit enterprises.Through the analysis of the performance statais quo we could see the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese integrated circuit,at the same time promote the overall performance of Chinese integrated circuit company.Firstly,five of the top 8 companies in the sales revenue ranking of global integrated circuit enterprises in the past three years are selected as successful case studies,and the factors affecting the performance of enterprises are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by using the financial data and other relevant data of these enteiprises in the past three years.Even though the global economy has slowed down in recent years and the trend of Global trade has deteriorated,the scale of investment and business income of these international integrated circuit enterprises is still showing an upward trend.It is concluded that the scale of investment,R&D investment,technology level,innovation ability and industrial policy are the key factors affecting the competitive advantage and stable performance of integrated circuit enterprises.Secondly,from the perspective of industry chain,the paper makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the current performance situation of Chinese integrated circuit enterprises by comparing the global excellent integrated circuit enterprises.The results show that the overall level of performance of Chinese integrated circuit enterprises is not high,the share of sales revenue in the global integrated circuit market is relatively low?the level of profitability is not high,the technology level is relatively backward,but in some industrial chain links they have certain advantage,integrated circuit design enterprises begin to enter the global vision,encapsulating and testing enterprises performance is better than domestic design and manufacturing enterprises.The performance of manufacturing enterprises is worst.Finally,the data of 11 influential IC companies in some market segments are selected to analyze the performance level of domestic IC companies and the key factors affecting the performance of domestic IC companies,establish the DEA evaluation index system based-on key factors,and use MATLAB software to normalize the indicators and make correlation analysis between them,and select the input-output indicators of DEA model,input indicators-Asset size,R&D input,government subsidies,output indicators-business income,net profit,the number of new patents.The DEA model is used to analyze the performance of 11 enterprises,the results of comprehensive efficiency is 45.5%and the technical efficiency is 72.7%.The results of analysis coincide with the results of many researchers,and are basically consistent with the current situation of Chinese integrated circuit enterprises-the investment scale of the whole industry is not large,and the technical strength is not strong,indicating the Asset size,R&D investment,government subsidies are the key factors affecting the performance of integrated circuits in China. |
