In recent years,travel network data has been favored by many research institutions and scholars cause of convenient acquisition and low cost.Faced with the vast and diverse text data,how to obtain regular knowledge through the information is still an emerging research field.It is expected to greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency,if we can utilize AI technology in the study of network text data and train a machine to understand natural language.Based on this,we constructs a cognitive image category of Chinese and foreign tourists and crawl web texts data of Guilin-related.The emotion classifier has been trained through the NLP technology and as a method of the qualitative and quantitative analysis.We contrast the cognitive image and affective image from six aspects of "eating","accommodation","transportation","sightseeing","purchase" and "entertainment".The study has founded that Chinese and foreign tourists' perceptions of Guilin have the same attention in terms of"sightseeing","accommodation" and "transportation",while other have different concerns.There are some differences between Chinese and foreign tourists in the cognitive image,but there are significant differences in the emotional image.It is mainly in the domestic tourists tend to be bustling modern city while foreign tourists prefer the primitive villages On the other hand,there are some illegal infringements in Guilin's tourism transportation and tourism service market,which affects the tourist experience.Therefore,we according to the differences in tourism perception between domestic and foreign tourists,proposing the improvement methods in terms of tourism propaganda and products.According to corresponding Chinese legal system and scientific technological development,we proposing some methods to deal with the chaos in Guilin tourism market.
