This study used big data technology to build a new method of the all-in-one tourism evaluation with tourists' perception as the core analysis content,which is complementary to the existing national standard?Relying on the Internet big data,using the BIG DATA analysis techniques,this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation and of Changshu's all-in-one tourism.First of all,more than 1.25 million words of travel notes and comments related to Changshu were collected from mainstream travel sharing websites,tourist review websites and online travel agency(OTA).The text materials were summarized into six dimensions of "food,housing,travel,shopping and entertainment" by using custom word groups.The data were analyzed through descriptive statistics,word frequency statistics,line feature word analysis,co-occurrence word group statistics.Taking Changshu tourism as the research object,this paper constructs an evaluation index system with 5 dimensions and 16 indicators.The research collected more than 1.35 million words of text materials from OTA,summarized these text into16 indicators,and then carried out quantitative and qualitative analysis.Quantitative analysis uses IPA analysis method to measure the development status of 16 indicators.Qualitative analysis studies the intuitive feelings of tourists to each index.According to the data analysis,the paper gives relevant suggestions for Changshu tourism development.
